We look forward to welcoming you to Douglasdale Family Chiropractic. When you book your appointment, you’ll be sent a link to complete our new practice member paperwork online. Wear casual, comfortable clothing (no short-shorts or skirts, please) that you can move around in.

Your First Visit
Plan on being with us between 30 and 45 minutes for your first visit. Our friendly, knowledgeable front desk staff will greet you and make you feel right at home. We’ll take you on a tour of the office, so you’ll know where everything is for future visits, then we’ll set you up in the exam room.
Your chiropractor will come in and explain a bit about chiropractic care and how it helps with nervous system function. They’ll go over your health history and your reasons for coming in for our care. Then we’ll do nervous system scans and a structural examination to locate any areas that may be contributing to your musculoskeletal issues.
Most practice members opt to get adjusted at this visit. We will call you later that night to see if you’ve noticed any changes as a result of the adjustment and to answer any questions you may have. People appreciate this higher level of care and concern.
Your Second Visit
At your second visit, we’ll talk to you about how you felt after your first adjustment. We’ll also go over our complete report of findings and explain the results of your nerve scans and evaluation. Then we’ll offer our recommendations and options for care plans, based on your specific health goals.
Paying for Care
We’ll let you know how much your care plan will be and go over our payment options. We can direct bill many private insurance companies. We also accept cash and Visa and MasterCard. We offer savings plans for purchasing in bulk, as well as discounts for first responders, teachers and university students.
